Instagram Instagram is a popular social media platform that allows users to share photos and videos, connect with friends, and discover new content through a visually-oriented interface.

Instagram's wordmark underwent changes in 2013 and 2016. In 2013, a new wordmark was introduced, designed by Mackey Saturday. Later, in 2016, the wordmark's color was changed to black following the launch of a new user interface and icon. The original Instagram logo featured a handwritten script similar to the Billabong font, while the closest font approximation for the current wordmark is Blue Vinyl, created by Jess Latham.
